Only been taking for a week so no noticeable changes but I've had no issues yet

This Happee Liver Cleanse Detox & Support supplement combines a lot of herbs that are helpful for the liver. I'm currently taking a lot of medications and supplements, so keeping my liver healthy is very important. I did not experience any digestive issues while taking this product. I do wish there was 3rd party testing however, so I could be sure of the quality.

I ordered the Happee Liver Cleanse Detox & Support for myself, as I like to do a liver cleanse at least once every six months and I am well overdue. Liver cleanses are touted to promote: liver repair/function, detoxification, digestion, vitality, and fat metabolism.The product arrives in a opaque white bottle, with a shrink wrapped lid. The lid is not childproof, (which makes me happy), and has a safety seal under the lid. The bottle contains 60 clear veggie capsules, serving size is two capsules, and there are 30 servings per bottle. There is a lot number and and expiration date on the bottom of the bottle and the label states the product is GMP certified (good manufacturing practice), lab tested, and made in the USA.Per the Amazon ad, the product is gluten free, vegan, 3rd party tested, and non-GMO, It also states this product contains a powerful 21-in-1 liver health blend and contains premium standardized Milk Thistle Extract. Additionally, the name of the distributor is listed, along with the company's email address.Ingredients are:Choline - 12 milligramZine - 30 mgMilk Thistle - 200 mgBeetroot - 50 mgArtichoke Extract - 50 mgPhyllanthus - 50 mgDandelion - 50 mgChicory Root - 50 mgYarrow - 50 mgJujube Extract - 50 mgAnd a 512 milligram proprietary blend of:Alfalfa, Burdock Powder, Celery Powder, Feverfew, Grape Extract, Methionine, Yellow Dock, Raspberry Juice Powder, Turmeric, Berberine HCI and Ginger.Other Ingredients are:Hypromellose (vegetable capsules), Rice Flower, Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable), Silicon Dioxide.Now, I am always careful with any cleanse I haven't tried before. So I started with one capsule every other day for a week, then once a day for a week, then alternating between 2 capsule one day and 1 capsule the next, for a week, and finally I moved up to 2 capsules every day. That said, I did not have any issues with the product, nor did I suffer any of the typical detox symptoms.Overall, I received the results I expected from the Happee Liver Cleanse Detox & Support, which was equivalent to other cleanses I have taken. I didn't have any issues or side effects, and am pleased with the product. Five stars.

Milk thistle is my go to for perimenopause and while this supplement is for liver cleansing, one of the other benefits is hormonal health. I find the capsules easy to take and don't have any odd odors or aftertaste. I especially appreciate the added extras like turmeric and dandelion. It's a good blend of useful herbs.
